As the first project of China Overseas Land & Investment Corporation's "Cangfeng Series" in 2020, China Overseas Jia No. 3 Courtyard was jointly developed by AECOM in San Francisco and CCD in Hong Kong. It is the first residential building in Beijing with a glass curtain wall and aluminum panels.
